The Group · Capabilities

Capital strategy, structured.

Amberstone organises its offering around capital strategy, financial structuring, transaction support, and institutional partnerships. The capabilities below are sequenced by stage in the lifecycle of an institutional decision — from advisory at inception, through structuring and execution, to governance and oversight after close.

01 — Capability

Capital Advisory

Strategic advice on capital structure, capital formation, private investment strategy, and long-term funding pathways. Advisory engagements typically begin at inception of a new vehicle, recapitalisation, or strategic transaction, and continue through structuring and execution.

02 — Capability

Structured Finance

Design and coordination of complex financial structures, collateral frameworks, segregated portfolio architecture, and risk-sensitive transaction mechanics. Engagements are scoped tightly and delivered through documented working papers cleared by counsel and audit.

03 — Capability

Strategic Investments

Assessment of investment opportunities, capital allocation logic, partnership models, and value creation frameworks. Mandates may be principal, co-investor, or advisor — always within a single-strategy thesis with an articulable exit.

04 — Capability

Institutional Partnerships

Development of long-term partnerships with financial institutions, investors, insurers, reinsurers, sovereign entities, and blue-chip groups. Partnerships are documented, governed, and reviewed at the Q4 Board cycle.

05 — Capability

Transaction Intelligence

Board-level analysis, financial memoranda, deal logic, negotiation support, and strategic decision materials. The output is a written, dated, defensible document — never a slide alone.

06 — Capability

Governance Advisory

Support on governance frameworks, investor communication, risk oversight, and institutional documentation — the architecture beneath the transaction. Engagements draw on the Group's eleven-policy library and standing-register discipline.

02 — Service principles

Board-ready by default.

Capabilities are scoped, named and delivered with the discipline expected by senior corporate and institutional counterparties. We avoid a broad menu of generic services and we do not pursue tactical labels.

Every engagement begins with a written scope. Every output is dated and signed. Every material decision is documented and made available to the Board, the Auditor, and — where relevant — to the regulator.

03 — Engagement

From first letter to delivered mandate.

Stage 01

Stage 02

04 — Sector focus
