Cookies Policy.

This Policy describes how Amberstone Capital Group SPC Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. The Group operates a deliberately restrained digital footprint: we use cookies only where they are strictly necessary for the site to function, where they are required for Schedule 4 self-certification, or where you have given specific consent.

01 — What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the website you visit. Similar technologies — including local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — perform comparable functions.

Cookies are categorised by lifespan (session vs. persistent) and by origin (first-party, set by Amberstone, or third-party, set by a partner whose service is embedded in our pages). The Group does not embed advertising trackers, behavioural-profiling pixels, or social-media plugins on this website.

Schedule 4 audit log, security and load-balancing tokens. No consent is required for strictly-necessary cookies under the BVI DPA, 2021. They are used solely to deliver a service you have requested.

Functional For verified investors.

Insights subscription tokens that allow authenticated access to quarterly content. Set only after the Investor Relations desk has confirmed your Schedule 4 status.

Analytics (consented) Off by default.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics — used to confirm the site is functioning. Loaded only with your explicit consent. We do not enable advertising, behavioural-profiling, or social-media trackers.

04 — Managing cookies

You are in control.

You may accept, refuse, or delete cookies at any time, through your browser's settings. Most browsers allow you to (i) view the cookies set on a given site, (ii) delete them on demand, and (iii) refuse them in future. Refusing strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Schedule 4 self-certification from working, and you will not be able to access gated content.

If you have consented to analytics cookies and wish to withdraw consent, you may do so at any time by clearing the cookies for this site in your browser settings, or by writing to the Compliance Officer at [[email protected]].

05 — Updates & contact

This Policy is reviewed annually.

The Compliance Officer reviews this Policy at least annually, and ad hoc on any material change in technology used by the site. The current version and effective date are stated at the top of this page.
